With the car you want to purchase in mind, hit "get started" from the menu and enter your personal info, the make, model, and other features of the car you desire, and hit submit. Your request will be logged in our database and one of our car-buying concierges will get in touch with you shortly to discuss the next steps.
One of our car buying concierges calls you to discuss the car-buying concierge process. They will explain how we get you the car at the dealer auction price (cost) all the way to your door for just a flat fee. There is no retail markup. Therefore, it is in both our best interest to get you the best car at the best price. There is no angle for us to sell you a higher priced car because the fee is the same for every car... regardless of the dealer auction price of the car. We will take a deposit of our fee at this point... which puts both parties in a legal binding contract. At this point, you become our client and we begin searching hundreds of dealer auction sources for your new car. Your car-buying concierge will be constantly e-mailing you pictures, interior and exterior condition reports, CarFax and AutoChecks of potential cars that fit your specifications.
Having found your new car at an auction, we agree on what a probable winning proxy bid would be. With authorization from you, we put in that bid. Should we be the winning bid, we arrange for a post sale inspection of the mechanics of the car and also begin to arrange shipping to you. At this point all remaining payments are due within 48 hours. Shortly thereafter, your new car arrives at your door. You will have saved thousands of dollars off retail and avoided the hassle of the normal car buying experience. You will also have had the entire experience in a completely open and transparent manner with no hidden cost or fees.
